2. Scope

This Policy applies only to the website https://tavridarobotics.online and services explicitly listed here. Statements about data residency, processing modes of foreign services, and actual infrastructure require confirmation by the LLC's owner and may be documented upon request by authorised authorities.

3. What personal data we process

Depending on how you interact with the site, the Operator may process:

• Name, email, phone — when you submit the contact form
• IP address, User-Agent, anonymised identifiers — for security, rate-limiting, and (with consent) analytics
• Cookies and localStorage entries — only with your consent, in the categories you have selected

4. Legal bases (152-ФЗ)

• Art. 6(1)(1) — your consent (analytics, marketing)
• Art. 6(1)(4) — legitimate interest of the Operator (security, fraud prevention, basic analytics)
• Art. 6(1)(5) — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (handling your request)

5. Data residency (152-ФЗ, Federal Law No. 23-FZ of 28.02.2025)

In accordance with Federal Law No. 23-FZ of 28 February 2025 (effective 01 July 2025; separate consent procedure from 01 September 2025), personal data of Russian citizens collected via this site is processed in data centres located in the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer is performed only to countries outside the list approved by Russian Government Order No. 430-r, and — where required — with separate written consent.

6. Analytics and third-party services

We use the following analytics services, loaded only after you have given consent via the cookie banner:

• Yandex Metrica (counter ID 106324753) — Russian service, processes data in the Russian Federation. Webvisor session recording is disabled.
• Plausible Analytics (cookieless mode) — processes anonymised IP and User-Agent to derive a session identifier; no persistent cookies. Plausible is based in the EU (Estonia, an EU member state).

You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Change settings" link in the footer.

7. Your rights

Under 152-ФЗ you have the right to:

• Receive information about processing (Art. 14)
• Access your data (Art. 15)
• Clarify, block or destroy inaccurate data (Art. 20–21)
• Withdraw consent (Art. 21(5))
• Appeal to Roskomnadzor or in court (Art. 17)
