General Terms of Cooperation

1. Nature of this document
This document sets out the general terms under which ООО «Таврида-Инвест-Финанс» (INN 9102300521) is willing to discuss cooperation with prospective customers, partners, and investors. It is informational in nature. The presence of this document on the site does not constitute a public offer (Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), and submission of a request through the contact form is not an acceptance.
2. How a contract is formed
A binding contract (B2B supply, pilot deployment, partnership, or investment) is formed only after both parties sign a written agreement that contains all material terms, including:
- Subject matter (model, configuration, scope of pilot)
- Price and payment terms
- Delivery schedule and acceptance procedure
- Liability and dispute resolution
3. Pilot deployments
Pilot deployments of the Operator's products (Kuryeroid, Uberomir, ServisBot, SkatertBot, ShefBot, Delovod, AgroBot, Forosnik) are subject to a separate pilot agreement that specifies the duration, success criteria, site requirements, and data handling. As of the date of this edition, no model is in serial production. First commercial pilots are scheduled for 2026.
4. B2B vs B2C
This Operator primarily engages with business customers (B2B) under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Where the customer is a consumer, the rules in the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code apply; the return and refund procedure is described in /en/refund-policy/.
5. Investment and media
Investment and media requests submitted through the contact form with topic investment are handled by the Operator's management. A non-confidential overview is available on the Investors page. Detailed information is shared after signing a mutual NDA.
6. Final provisions
The Operator reserves the right to decline any request without explanation, until a written agreement is signed by both parties. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; failing that, in court at the Operator's registered address (Simferopol).
